The National Park Lanín lodges in its jurisdiction a significant amount of variable settlers of characteristic: communities mapuches, proprietors deprived, settler Creoles and the Argentine Army. The Earth partially outside the dominion of the National State is distributed of the following way: there are seven indigenous communities of the Mapuche Town that occupy 24,000 hectares; twelve establishments of Creole settlers; twelve private proprietor stays who occupy a total surface of 24,323 hectares; eight loteos - with 1,871 lots that add other 26,865 hectares of private property; and around 4,000 hectares in charge of the Argentine Army.
